Freshwater point accommodates a maximum of 12 guests so look forward to being pampered. Guests can choose to stay in one of the homestead rooms or in a self contained cottage in the grounds.

As well as enjoying one of the two beautiful homestead bedrooms with their period décor and antique furniture, a homestead stay includes use of the sitting room and verandah. The sitting room is a charming and peaceful space where guests are welcome to read, watch a DVD or just relax, whilst enjoying a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine from the cellar.

Original Georgian French doors open onto the verandah giving unsurpassed views of the broad sweep of the Tamar river. Comfortable furniture on the verandah makes it a wonderful place to relax at any time of day. The homestead offers superb colonial ambience and the opportunity to enjoy a cooked or continental breakfast served on the verandah or, in cooler weather, in the dining room.

Choose one of the three charming cottages, each of which is well appointed, self-contained and in a beautiful garden setting. Generous provisions for a full breakfast are included.

You will also find a selection of books and magazines and fresh flowers from the garden.

Cancellations with 7 days notice or less will be charged at 50% of your first nights accommodation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation will incur a charge equal to your first night's accommodation.
